Nice 2 meet you all🤝🏼
Thank you 💚 I am new here. I've been a self taught artist since 7. It's one of my first loves in life. I'm a wise and mature soul who carries the wisdom of many past timelines through all dimensions. I am the healed and the healer. A miracle of sorts, to be faced with so many challenges & tragedies at such an early age, yet to embody the strength to overcome each one of those old versions of myself. I move with an abundance of love, compassion and grace. I've transmuted traumas that I now see as lessons and victories. In all the while my love for Art has loved and supported me back. It has saved me from myself one too many times. It has given me a voice and a way of expression like nothing else in this world. I always come back to it when life gets turbulent. It centers me. Heals me. Makes me laugh and cry. Inspires and moves me. For me it's the best! I am looking forward to sharing it with you all.
So refreshing to see a MAN doing this <3
Hello beautiful Souls, My name is Iris and I am a Multidimensional Art Medicinewoman using ART (dance, paint, music) to heal and transced....and I am so so happy to see a masculine doing this amazing work too and would love to connect with "the others" as I am convinced that THIS is the medicine of the future and so so needed! Always happy to exchange knowledge and grow together! so happy to be here. much love
A bit about my journey here 💚
As I am starting to connect with people here more I was just reminded of how and why I ended up where I am at right now, so let’s start from the beginning. When I was 16 years old I nearly lost this life in a major car accident in this 1968 VW Baja bug. It was my first car, I worked really hard for it and only got to enjoy it for a few months before a poor decision put me into oncoming traffic and I was broadsided by a pickup doing 50mph. These old bugs had no safety features or reinforcement of any kind, the only thing that spared me was a lap belt that the previous owner had bolted into the floor which was actually a street sign as these old bugs had a habit of rusting out the floor. Truly miraculous that I survived, I have some serious guardian angels watching over me. I broke my pelvis in 3 places and ruptured my bladder, internal bleeding, the whole deal. After some emergency surgeries, a week in the hospital and lots of time to heal think and recover, I became Squid. I didn’t feel like the same person anymore and I decided to take life into my own hands as I quickly realized it can end at any moment. Ironically I was about half way through painting this picture when the accident happened, it was my first ever acrylic painting (though I had worked with other mediums before and had been making art and music most of my childhood.) I finished this painting a year later and that’s when I really decided to pursue art as a career because revisiting and healing this traumatic incident was a profound and powerful experience. I went to art school and earned a bachelors degree to sharpen my skills and truly commit to this life of creativity. That’s when I found handpans and fell in love with unique meditation instruments and started to incorporate sound healing to my practices of sharing healing with others. The last ten years I’ve been building my family and doing my best to stay creative and connected with my community but now my two kids are getting a bit older and I’m ready to really start focusing on myself and what I can do to share my gifts with the world in a much bigger way. Thanks for reading my long winded post, I hope this sheds some more light on my intentions and reason for being here on skool! I came to create and inspire and I hope to do just that here in Divine Creations! 💚

Welcome friends!
Welcome to our newest members, @Mark Manning @Martin Gabriel @Eva Anna @Stephanie Hernandez @Kelly Dummettt @Miranda Parrott please introduce yourself to the group and tell us a little bit about yourself and your work! Then find a post or comment to interact with and start some conversations 😇 we’re all here to build each other up and I don’t want this to be just all about me and what I’m posting, this is a safe place to share yourselves, your struggles, our successes or just ask questions that have been on your mind. Let’s get the ball rolling with that introduction post in the chat, tell us what your favorite color, your favorite artist and maybe share your favorite creation so far! For example, I’m Squid, I’ve been painting for over 15 years, my favorite color is green but I love them all of course. My favorite artist and inspiration is Alex Grey, I love doing sacred geometry and painting the connections between what we see and what’s beyond our vision alone. This is probably my favorite creation to date but I’ve got a few that are right at the top of the list that I’ll probably never let go of. I’ve done another post about this Ganesha piece if anyone would like to know more about the story behind it 💚😇🙏
Welcome friends!
