Someone asked today:“I’m so new to all of this, and online explanations are confusing. I just awakened. How do I find my way?” Here’s what I shared: Awakening isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey. Every single soul has its own rhythm, its own timing, its own initiations. What I can offer are the tools that helped me find my footing when everything first cracked open. One of the most transformative teachers for me was Barbara Marciniak. Her book Bringers of the Dawn opened doors in my consciousness I didn’t even know were there. I personally prefer Audible — something about listening while I move through life feels natural. I’ve probably listened to that book thirty times. Another foundational gem is The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Shinn. It teaches the mechanics of reality in a way that feels both mystical and practical. But here’s the real turning point in my awakening: Meeting my soul family. There’s a reason spirituality and extraterrestrial consciousness are so intertwined. The beings we call “extraterrestrials” simply exist in higher frequencies — and rising into those frequencies requires spiritual expansion. Disclosure and awakening are part of the same wave. They support each other. My own life didn’t truly ignite until I started going to conferences. These gatherings are full of awakened, heart-centered people who feel instantly familiar — even if you’ve never met them before in this lifetime. The recognition is profound. It’s remembering, not meeting. This is why I’m so passionate about community spaces like this one — and why I speak at events all over the country. In March, I’ll be speaking at The Alien Event in Los Angeles (March 20–22). The name might sound unusual, but the conference covers a wide range of topics: spirituality, consciousness, healing, ET contact, ascension, and soul family connection. It’s one of the most energizing, activating experiences you can have on the awakening path.
