Is this the AI bubble bursting?
Or is this a larger piece coming together protecting our rights and the children and holding the beast system accountable?
I like to think its both - in a good way.
AI bubble bursting would really majorly affect alot of the bs system thats in place but AI in the hands of the people would still keep moving forward - just like the internet did. The internet bubble popped and alot of ppl lost money and jobs but the internet kept being built. And kept connecting people in conscious spaces around the world.
Its a blessing for a court of law to tell these entities that they cannot intentionally trap and harm people for their benefit and that they must be held accountable.
This is a majorly good thing when it comes to protecting children and people from the harm of deepfakes. Now is it going to stop all that - probably not. There are other countries, govt and entities that could still make it but this is a win in my book for the people.
