Robin has been a staunch supporter of my health journey for the last four years. I work the four stages of eating whenever I have any kind of mild flareup and so far that has been a safe protocol for me, meaning no antibiotics.
There is always something new that comes up in this gut health journey, and I so appreciate having Robin to check in with💕
