Read THIS and I will Pull A Buyers List for you
When I first came into the real estate industry with the sop I received to opt buyers in was cold calling:
- Landscapers
- Roofers
- General Contractors
- Drywallers
- Handy Men
I literally found a database online that had hundreds of these guys and their business with contact information.
I was cold calling people who had never flipped a house looking for that one person that was interested in taking the leap.
We have come a long way in building a buyers list!!
Now with Data Depot you literally just plug in a zip code and pull a list of people who have actually flipped houses before.
We cannot emphasize enough:
Without a buyers list you do not have a business. Whether that is your list or someone else's..... you wont make money in wholesaling unless you have some kind of access to a buyers list.
