I'm pretty new to this niche. My background is in lending for land flips. I've been accused of being too data centered and having low EQ.
What's your KPIs around texting and calling?
Mine suggest I need work on building trust.
I'm finding a surprising amount of people are in denial about their situation and the best practical next steps. An example is I found a woman who owns a parcel that she denies that she owns. Maybe she didn't mean to buy it, thought she sold it, or just otherwise mistaken. She has no emotional or financial attachment to the property, nor does she trust me enough to have a discussion.
