First 1:1 Coaching Session with Dim
Sometimes you already know your potential, and you can see multiple different directions to go, but you just need someone who knows what they are doing to fucking validate and vet the right options.
Today Dim and I did our first 1:1 business coaching session - we nailed down my business direction and built out an MVP, pricing model and go to market plan.
I think one of the biggest values of having a business coach is not necessarily what to do, it’s just having someone to bounce ideas off and validate that you’re going in the right direction or challenge your thinking and assumptions.
Going to be trying to launch this MVP in the next 60 days. Got my plan and steps done with dim. Keen as fuck.
