Just came out off the call with a fresh energie. What is my finel goal and how spessify the steps that I have to take clearly. Most inportend is the first next step. I can allways work onn My end goal. If i am conscious off the fact that i am doing it to reach my gaol, it will stimulate me to do better.
I am going for snellopen around the park about 5 k. (5 k sounds good to start with hahaha)
