The best type of sales is asking questions, while the worst is when the answers are given to you. A coach who gives you the answers is not helping; your brain goes on standby and can't be creative.
When I look at my habits, I see a few bad ones. One example is my screen time on my phone. I always thought, 'What’s the impact of just 1%? It’s so small, what difference can it make?' I never realized that changing just 1% a day can make a big difference over a few weeks. To change a habit, you need to take action, implement it, and most importantly, reflect on it every day."
