YouTube - Make it "About" them
When people visit your channel, they go to your About section to see what your videos are about.
Many creators make one big mistake. They make it all about themselves.
That is not what viewers care about. They want to know what is in it for them.
Here is how to fix it:
💥 Talk right to your viewer.
💥 Say what your videos will help them do.
💥 Use short and clear sentences.
💥 Make the first two lines strong. That is what people see in search and preview.
💥 Tell them what value you bring.
💥 Share how often you post and what kind of videos you make.
💥 Keep it simple so anyone can understand it in five seconds.
💥 End with a friendly line like, “Subscribe if you are ready to learn.”
Example:
I help people feel better, live better, and find balance in their daily life.
Each week, I share simple ideas and tips you can use right away.
Subscribe if you are ready to grow and feel inspired.
Summary:
Your About section is not about you. It is about what you can do for your viewer.
Be clear. Be kind. Be helpful. And always make it easy for people to see your value.
