You don’t need to explain your growth to anyone who wasn’t there when you were rebuilding. Notice where your body feels calm today. Notice what no longer triggers you the way it used to. Notice how you pause now instead of reacting. That’s not luck. That’s work. You are allowed to move slowly and move forward. You are allowed to rest without guilt. You are allowed to choose peace even when chaos is familiar. Growth doesn’t always shout. Sometimes it whispers, “I’m safer now.” Let today be simple. Let today be honest. Let today be enough. 🙏Daily Prayer God, Thank You for carrying me through seasons I didn’t think I’d survive. Thank You for the quiet strength You’ve built in me layer by layer, lesson by lesson. Today, help me move with clarity instead of fear. Help me listen before I react. Help me trust the discernment I’ve earned. Cover my mind with peace. Steady my emotions. Guide my steps not toward perfection, but toward alignment. If something is not for me, let it fall away without resistance. If something is meant for me, let me receive it without self-doubt.
