My background is in the agency world: I spent 4+ years as a creative designer and 1 year as a digital marketer, which taught me exactly where agencies waste the most time. Leveraging that experience, I also run a dedicated Voice AI Agency—so I'm focused on integrating that technology to automate all of our lead screening and client onboarding for the new SMMA.
