Hi everyone — my name is Al. I live in Queens, New York
I run a boutique web dev and automation agency focused on helping local service businesses (attorneys, trades, and service-based companies) grow using systems, funnels, and AI automation.
I want to get these 3 things from the community:
- Networking and partnership opportunities
- Systems and workflows to run and scale an agency efficiently
- Knowledge and insight on expanding and refining service offerings
For fun, I like to do these 3 things:
- Build and test AI automations and agents
- Break down funnels and business systems to optimize them
