Growing up eating a lot of processed foods not knowing about nutrition and drinking alcohol every single weekend I decided to be different and wanted better for myself, 2019 I got in the gym consistently, getting in shape learning about nutrition and reading ingredients feeling good about myself it lead me into inspiring others to do the same, if you want your life to become better its in your hands 🙌

🥦 Eat the Rainbow for Better Health! 🌈 Did you know that the color of your fruits and vegetables can tell you a lot about the nutrients they provide? The more colorful your plate is, the more variety of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants you’re giving your body. 💪🏾 Here’s a simple guide: 🔴 Red foods like strawberries, tomatoes, and watermelon support heart health and provide powerful antioxidants. 🟠 Orange foods like carrots, sweet potatoes, and oranges are rich in vitamin A, which supports your eyes and immune system. 🟡 Yellow foods like pineapple, corn, and yellow peppers provide nutrients that help support healthy digestion and overall wellness. 🟢 Green foods like spinach, broccoli, and avocados are packed with vitamins, minerals, and fiber to support your body and recovery. 🟣 Purple foods like blueberries, grapes, and eggplant contain antioxidants that help protect your cells and support brain health. 🍽️ Challenge yourself today to include at least 3 different colors on your plate. How working out keeps me going mentally.
Its something I always look forward to especially after long days or long weeks of work shifts, sometimes lonely nights when I have racing thoughts I still go no matter what, to anyone out there who ever thought or is thinking about giving I been there plenty times but those thoughts are a reminder that I’m not a failure and want nothing but progress and success and want the same for all of you keep going don’t stop one day you’ll be proud of yourself for not giving up trust the process.
