Why most diets fail…
I posted a video about why I think most diets fail, and I wanted to share the message here for anyone who didn’t see it.
From my experience, when I start a calorie deficit and do my reverse-diet approach, the first couple weeks I usually see the scale moving. Then weeks 3 and 4 can feel like nothing is happening.
That’s where a lot of people quit.
But scale weight doesn’t always reflect fat loss week to week. Water, sodium, carbs, digestion, stress, and training can hide progress temporarily. Then weeks 5 and 6 come around and suddenly the scale starts moving again.
The lesson: stop judging your diet by a few days—or even one bad week. Give yourself at least 6 weeks of real consistency and let the trend be your friend.
And if you need help, that’s what I’m here for. I’ll help you build meals, figure out where to shop, and find inexpensive foods you actually enjoy eating.
Getting in shape doesn’t have to mean eating boring food or spending an arm and a leg.
Stay consistent long enough to actually see what happens.
