First off, welcome to all of our new members! I’m glad to have you here. I wanted to explain how this community is set up because it’s a little different than most fitness groups. I like to think of it as a fitness buffet. Take what you want. Leave what you don’t. Some people just want accountability. Others want help with weight loss, building muscle, tracking calories, tracking macros, workout advice, meal ideas, or improving their habits. Wherever you’re at in your fitness journey, this community is designed to meet you there. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach. Everyone has different goals, lifestyles, and preferences. But the principles that get results are usually the same—they’re just applied a little differently depending on the person. At the core of this community is accountability. That’s what helps people stay consistent long enough to see real progress. You’re not just getting support from me—you’re surrounded by other people working toward becoming healthier too. So don’t be afraid to ask questions. If you need advice, help with nutrition, workouts, calorie or macro tracking, or if you simply need someone to help keep you accountable, reach out. That’s exactly what this community is here for. And if texting back and forth isn’t the easiest way for you to learn, we can always hop on a Zoom or video call and break things down together. Sometimes a 15- or 20-minute conversation can answer more questions than a week of messaging. If a few members want to jump on a group call to talk fitness, nutrition, training, or just ask questions, I’m all for that too. Let’s keep learning, improving, and helping each other along the way.
