Calories Determine Weight. Macros Determine Shape.
Great job to everyone consistently getting your 10,000+ steps in each day. That’s a huge habit and it’s going to keep your calorie burn up. Keep it going.
Just remember, though, steps alone aren’t the entire equation. If the scale isn’t moving in the direction you want, it comes back to calories in versus calories out.
A simple way to think about it: Calories determine your weight. Macros determine your shape.
If your goal is to lose more weight, build more muscle, or improve your physique, we can dial in your calorie intake, macronutrients, and training plan together.
I didn’t create this community for people to become dependent on me. I created it to teach you, guide you, and help you understand why things work so you can do this for life. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
If you’re happy with your progress, keep doing what you’re doing. But if you’re ready to take things up a notch, reach out. Let’s put together a game plan and get you moving toward your goals.
