The Northern Light Breathwork was born from both my education and my life experience — from what I have learned through Rebirthing, Soma Breathwork, Regression Therapy, mental coaching, biohacking and detox, but also from walking through some of life’s deepest challenges and coming through them with a deeper understanding of myself and the human experience. ❤️
Growing up in Northern Norway, surrounded by powerful nature and under the Northern Lights, has also shaped the way I see health, healing and the human being as a whole. 🌌🏔️
