Hi!
š My name is NĆŗria, Iām from Catalonia and currently based in Munich, Germany. I work as a UX Lead at IU Group (private online university) designing digital experiences with a strong focus on user-centered design. Right now, Iām transitioning into workshop facilitation, combining my UX expertise with collaborative problem-solving techniques.
ā”ļø I bring a deep understanding of UX strategy, a passion for innovation, and a growing skill set in facilitation to the community. Iām excited to share insights, learn from others, and explore new ways to drive impactful design conversations.
ā”ļø From this community, I hope to refine my facilitation skills, gain fresh perspectives on running effective workshops, and connect with experienced facilitators who can help me grow in this space.
š§ For fun, I do orienteering ārunning through the forest with a map and compass. Iām also a trainer, and Iāve found that planning trainings and workshops have a lot in common āboth require structure, adaptability, and an understanding of how people learn and navigate challenges.
