你平常會用鬧鐘嗎?
最近發現「不設鬧鐘睡覺」睡眠品質比較好
只要有鬧鐘,就會覺得「等等要被叫醒」,即便設定的時間已經可以睡很夠,還是會有種被限制的感覺,睡得就比較淺,起床也比較沒精神
不設鬧鐘就會在比較放鬆的狀態,可以睡得更深,醒來的時間反而哈比我平常設的鬧鐘早,而且是很清醒的狀態,感覺差很多,推薦大家試試看~
