Planning your training schedule
So, you know the targets that you need to meet. You know how much time you have to get fit for them. How do you go about planning a schedule to ensure that you're a) going to meet them or b) know you wont based on the time available given current fitness levels? If you were having to do specific tests (bleep test, for example), how would you mimic this if you didnt have the gizmo's etc?
