As the CEO of Vortexa Gear, and being a brand new entrepreneur, I've come to realize that owning a business is a learning curve. It's hard work but it's a learning curve. What I didn't realize is that other small business owners like me never build what is called a Business Continuity Plan. Actually if you're a small business owner, it's a great Idea to have one just in case you have an unexpected disruption. I've been doing courses to help me get better at this, I mean being a CEO. Work hard now, so you dont have to later.
