during my mothers 1st hearing she waived her right to an attorney via the judge making the suggestion that a remodification counselor would "take good care of her".

the counter claim i filed was uploaded and the plaintiff filed a Notice of Rejection because it was filed out of the time frame and that there was a a counter claim on file already (even though, there was no pdf found in the court record for said counter claim).

So, my 1st course of action im thinking is transfer the title to an Express Irrevocable Trust named after my mother with my mother as the beneficiary and myself as trustee and settlor. though, I think of it triggering the full mount due or rejection based it looking like someone is trying to avoid payment.

Dedicating EVERYDAY to figuring out the best course of action and all aid is welcome.
