I’m not here as an expert—I’m here doing the work, same as you. But that also means no excuses, no blame, and no pretending. Addiction doesn’t just affect you. It affects the people around you—the ones who trusted you, depended on you, and got hurt along the way. This space is about: - Owning your actions - Facing what you’ve been avoiding - Understanding the real reasons behind your addiction - And actually doing the work to change You don’t get points for saying “I’m trying.”Change shows up in what you do—every day.
