Hey Mike I found an off market deal with a guy who’s willing to sell someone is currently in the home renting it out. I followed your script and told him we will be back with an offer in 24hrs. What should I do next we calculated how much we need to offer but do we drive by the property? How does that work with an active resident in the home to see the condition?
