Everyone wants to work at the brokerage with the flashy branding, trendy office, or biggest social media presence. But none of that matters if no one is actually teaching you how to build a successful real estate business.
One of the greatest advantages I had early in my career was an incredible mentor. She challenged me, corrected me, and never let me develop bad habits. There are massive mistakes I see new agents making today that I can tell come from a lack of proper mentorship and guidance. And this job has MASSIVE repercussions if steps are done wrong. And it does not discriminate to how new/old you are in this job.
