30 days swim
Allo everyone! started Thursday November 7th, I’m going for the next 28 days (for a total of 30) doing a swim challenge Getting in there everyday and swimming minimum 500 meters each session, yesterday I swam a calm 1km 🏊🏊 Keep me accountable!! Let’s get to work 🦾🦾
I lost 100 pounds and eat like I’m 300 still
I’ve noticed over time that when I lost weight I could eat more and burn it off faster . I definitely know it’s not magic , me moving more and losing weight for sure speeded up my metabolism

Today I woke up at 4:30 am, with mild neck pain but I thought it would be okay, and spent time learning before going to college! Silence and focus period is probably this! At what time do you all wake up?
Gatineau Park
First time at the park, hiked on of the labelled difficult ones at almost 5km with elevation. Definitely had great views and pit stops :) Haven't had some adventures like hiking and camping in a whilee so it's fun to get back to nature, as they say 😌 (best part was catching a frog)
