This probably isn’t the best option ever but we didn’t have much else in the house and I was hungry for lunch so I made some spicy crab and avocado using imitation crab which I know isn’t the healthiest option but it’s still a bit of protein. Avocado’s pretty good. Not in the photo but I’m also having toast with a bit of peanut butter. Thoughts on this? Disregard the presentation lmao!
My go to breakfast: Scrambled Egg whites with 36grams of feta cheese, spinach and homemade maple jalapeños. On the side: 2 pieces of Ezekiel toast with peanut butter. A few pieces of cantaloupe Glass of water
