🪔 Are you truly a Christian or do you just wear the label like an accessory? Do you live your life in pursuit of your own comfort and wealth? Or in pursuit of His will and prosperity? Which doesn't always look like things going your way & money btw... For Jesus it looked like going to be crucified for the sake of you and I. But He rose again from the dead so that we could have new life IN Him! Do you take that lightly? Is He your number one priority? Don't think I'm not asking myself these same questions I'm asking you, I am. And my desire is to seek Him first. Because what happens when we seek Him first? 📖 Matthew 6:33 [33] But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. What are "all these things?" They're your necessities for life. Your heavenly Father will provide everything you need IF you seek Him and His Kingdom first above all else. Above all your selfish gains... because let's be honest, we all have them. 📖Matthew 16:24-27 [24] Then Jesus said to His disciples, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. [25] For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. [26] For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? [27] For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. Where does your allegiance lie?
