I'm a stay-at-home mom & wife who simultaneously babysits a lovely little girl all while running a sourdough microbakery from my home, on top of managing two skool communities😅🤣 My plate is full - but it's full of blessings 🙌🏼 In your welcome message you'll see me mention you sharing how the Lord called you to Himself, so I'm going to do just that! 😌 I was still in my teens when I felt the Lord tugging my heart. I really wanted to go to church, but just needed an invite from someone. Well that invite came from a coworker who attended a home church. It was there where the Lord met me! I was still in high school and in a relationship at the time - an unfruitful one at that... The guy I was with was very much a part of the party lifestyle, no pursuit of the Lord whatsoever. So as I'm attending this church every Sunday, the tug on my heart gets stronger and stronger. The Lord began to convict me of the sins I was living in. And He really spoke life to me through a dear friend from church❤️ The Lord was nudging me to end that relationship and submit my all to Him - but I was hesitant - about 3 months of hesitancy lol. But to keep a long story short, after one Sunday service I went to this guy's house and broke up with him. I'd had a few break ups before this one and I remembered the crushing feeling - the spiraling out of control feeling... but this time it wasn't like that. It was the peace that surpasses understanding following my obedience to the Lord! I'll never forget that first encounter with His peace! Anyway, after that I committed my life to the Lord and I waited 2 and a half years until He sent me my now hubby! We were married within 7 months of meeting and immediately got pregnant with our babygirl 🤣😅 We didn't waste any time!!! And I wouldn't change a thing! So that's a bit of my backstory and how the Lord called me to Himself... Full transparency, this community was excuted within minutes of the idea popping in my head lol. The lightbulb went off 💡 and Daughters of the Remnant was created! And here we are! I'm so glad you're here and I pray this community blesses you beyond comprehension!
