My Upwork gameplan for February for those following along

For those following along since the start of December:

I feel pretty comfortable with Upwork right now. What works, what doesn't, where to focus.

I've only applied to 43 or so jobs since the start, so I feel I can ramp. This is what I think is realistic in February:

200 jobs applied to
20k NEW cash collected. Hopefully mostly monthly retainers. This number does not include cash collected from current retainers.
7x ROAS. I'll be carefully tracking this number. If this number is realistic I'll push for 1k jobs applied to per month.
