I don’t know if this sort of thing is useful heee, but thought I’d share anyway. I built this for a client that wanted to see n8n “front end”.
What it does: Automatically receives, understands, prioritizes, and routes customer inquiries in real time. The tool was built for a $10m consulting firm looking to develop their n8n practice.
How I built it: I built the backend using n8n + AI Agents to classify, priotitize and route the inquiry, and built a Next JS fronf end with webhook calls to n8n.
The challenge I solved: The client was looking for a way to put a 'face' on n8n. This project allowed them to show prospects both the user and customer service (client side) perspective of what n8n can do.
