AI Replacing Jobs
I had just read an article that Zuck is planning to replace jobs for people who are performing the privacy and integrity reviews at Meta. This is also after he announced plans to replace mid level software engineers with AI.
This got me thinking about the long term implications. Eventually when the senior guys retire, who will have the talent to fill those gaps? If people are needed to train the LLMs, who will have that subject matter expertise? Curious on your thoughts of how this plays out.
