Hey guy's and gal's.
Here is the next point once you have worked on your stance/footings.
I hope you people know what a trebuchet is if not i have included some photo's and diagrams.
Now what i need you to do is imagine your arm is a trebuchet. You want to keep your feet square as i mentioned before lift your arm so it's almost inline with your shoulder.
Pull arm back and extend then release the dart at the board, minimizing the elbow and wrist movement (remaining square) do this all the time only adjustment you need to do is pivoting hip and adjusting elbow ever so slightly, to keep a straight dart at all other targets.
Remember to lock your wrist and elbow this is key for a straight dart.
DO NOT DROP THE ELBOW BEFORE RELEASE. OR TWIST WRIST, THIS WILL CAUSE IT TO GO OFF TARGET.
