The Dark Room has genuinely revolutionised my experience of living with migraine. There’s expert, evidence-based education alongside an incredibly supportive community who just get it! I now understand my symptoms and triggers, know when and how to treat attacks, and go into appointments feeling informed and empowered to advocate for myself. For me, it’s been the missing piece of the puzzle and has given me renewed hope for the future. I genuinely couldn’t recommend it more.
