Stop "Reading" your chart. Start walking through your House. šŸ āœØ
I’m building a course to help you bridge the gap between your soul and your life using Numerology, Astrology, and Meditation. Before I launch, I need a "gut check" on this introductory video. I’ve reimagined the birth chart as a physical building: The House of You. I need your honest feedback on the FLOW: Does the "House" metaphor make the Big 3 easier to understand? Does it explain why we extract certain data to find your truth? Does it make sense, or is it too "in the clouds"? Ignore the timing/slides (it’s a work in progress!)—just tell me if the logic hits. https://youtu.be/WpZZdNSQlPM?feature=shared

Classroom Feedback
Ok, so I’ve just finished Lesson 1. I enjoyed the numerology assessment and found it insightful. The workbook questions are relevant and evoke consideration and deep diving which is really good. They make you consider how your numbers act in relation to your behaviour, which unmasks your personality traits past or present, which are or have held you back. Brilliant. To be honest I got a sense of sadness when I worked through them as my inner work, it reminded me of how much life I wasted on the wrong people and being false to my true self due to my shadow. Great work Stephanie. šŸ™
Full Moon Scrubbing the Frequency
We talk a lot about 'letting go' during a Full Moon, but if you aren't cleansing the physical vessel, you're only doing half the work. šŸŒ“āœØ The Leo Full Moon is a spotlight. It doesn’t just show us our light; it illuminates the 'density' we’ve been carrying in our muscles, our blood, and our nervous systems. If you feel heavy, sluggish, or stuck in a mental loop, your 'Human Antenna' is likely just clogged with 3D static. Why the Deep Cleanse Matters Right Now: We are currently navigating a massive Saturn-Neptune recalibration. Saturn wants structure and reality; Neptune wants to dissolve the old. When these two clash, it creates a 'fog' that can feel physically exhausting . A ritual bath—Himalayan salts for the earth, Epsom for the body, and oxygenating peroxide for the spirit—is how you sign off on those old contracts. You aren't just relaxing; you are: Oxidizing the old: Letting the peroxide move stagnant energy out of the blood. Grounding the new: Letting the salts pull the negative loops out of your field so you can stand in your own Truth. Resetting the Vibration: Using sound (like a singing bowl) to tell your body that the work of the last cycle is done. You cannot walk into a new beginning while carrying the sweat and stress of the old cycle. Wash it off. Let your head go blank. Step into the water, leave the density behind, and simply bath in your own renewal. You’ve earned the lightness. šŸŒ“šŸ§¼"

✨The Lion King 🦁 : Why Are We Running From the Truths We Teach Our Children?✨
I have watched The Lion King countless times—first as a child, and now as a mother with my own children. For years, like most people, I was moved to tears by Mufasa’s death. I felt the weight of the loss, the darkness, and the "end" of the story. But over the last 8 years, something has shifted deep inside my soul. I don't cry at the death anymore. I am moved to tears by the encounter. I am moved by the moment Simba finally stops running and chooses to face his past. It is funny—and perhaps divinely orchestrated—that a theme in a child's movie has become the very theme of my own growth and the foundation of my life’s work. This is what I am teaching in 'From Darkness Into Light.' We spend so much time mourning what was lost or looping in the pain of the "death" in our lives. But the real medicine—the most profound message I have ever picked up from any source—is the moment the "Living Contract" is read back to us from the stars: Simba: "How can I go back? I'm not who I used to be." Mufasa: "Remember who you are. You are my son, and the one true king. Remember who you are..." As the vision fades, we are left with the reality of the work. This dialogue between Simba and Rafiki is the heartbeat of the Celestial Bridge: Simba: "I know what I have to do. But going back means I'll have to face my past. I've been running from it for so long." [Rafiki cracks him over the head with his staff] Simba: "Ouch! Geez, what was that for?" Rafiki: "It doesn't matter. It's in the past!" Simba: "Yeah, but it still hurts." Rafiki: "Oh yes, the past can hurt. But the way I see it, you can either run from it, or... learn from it." This is the simplest, purest form of the work. Every soul is here to raise consciousness and maintain a harmonious balance for all life. We face cycles we can't seem to break until we look into the mirror of our own frequency and understand the "why" behind the patterns. If you're wanting to step into the Circle of Life and stop running—if you're ready to face your past to see the true reflection of who you are—DM me. šŸŒ“šŸ•Šļø

Finding the "Light" in the Work
I’ve had a few people ask how they can work with me more closely to navigate their own expansion. I’ve put together three specific ways we can look into that mirror together: āš”ļø The ā€œSovereigntyā€ Check: A quick, unfiltered mirror to see where you’re standing in your power ($55). ✨ The "Higher Call" Discovery: For identifying the deeper "push" behind your current season ($88). šŸŒ• The "Mirror of the Soul" Deep Dive: Intense alchemy for those ready to do the heavy work of transformation ($122). These aren't about "fixing" you—because you aren't broken. They are tools to help you navigate the darkness and move more confidently into your light. If one of these resonates with where you are right now, feel free to send me a DM.
