Did the Dumbell workout for the second time. Was absolutely worth it💯🫶.
I literally started my fitness journey last year and came across your YouTube in that year. It definitely helped me out a lot and I lost quite a bit. Sadly I stopped during my vacation time with family & slipped back into my old ways; gaining some not all the weight back. I was at a whopping 277lbs 2yrs ago. But I’m back and tryna get summer ready. I say that all to say thank you for opening this community and I’m ready 💯💪💯💪💯💪💯💪💪💪
