Why I Created the No-Chase Insurance System
My philosophy has never been to chase clients. I don’t work that way. I’ve always believed in advising my clients so they clearly understand what is covered and what they are purchasing. My role is to educate, recommend coverage that protects their assets, and allow them to make an informed decision. I do not believe in selling something without educating. When clients understand their coverage, they feel more confident, and the relationship is built on trust from the beginning. The No-Chase Insurance System is built around this approach — educate first, advise clearly, and respect the client’s decision without pressure. You don’t need to chase clients to grow.When you lead with education and guidance, trust naturally follows.
