Reiki May month promotion
I'm starting to think about this event called "Reiki May". I was thinking of adding this copy to it. "This month you don't have to grow a moustache, you just have to grow yourself. May is Mental Health Awareness month, so what a better time to be aware of the benefits of Reiki and how it can help your mental health. Stay tuned for daily insights about how Reiki can benefit your wellbeing." Suggestions are welcome. I want this to be an event we promote every year. Maybe make it something big.

From 1 out of 10, where is your level of happiness?
In 2023, my level of happiness was around a 2 out of 10 and realized that I needed to get some help to restore my health and wellbeing. It took me about 8 months to find help and discover the practice of Reiki and meditation, and I now can say that I am a consistent 8 out of 10 these days. Now that I have trained to be a Reiki practitioner and learned a lot of other practices to help Reiki work well, I am very confident that I can now help other people gain a better sense of wellbeing and grow their self confidence to make them happier.
