Por que did David cut off (btw, can I use ‘hack off’ here?) Goliath’s head? He didn’t need to, as the slingshot had already killed Goliath, and it sounds very cruel. Other people in the Bible got beheaded too, like John the baptist, Saul and even a woman who was cut into twelve pieces! Beheading sounds soooo cruel.
