Instability & Knee Pain
A new member asked, and I wanted to share for all, just in case others were dealing with the same issue:
Q: I have instability / pain of my knees and I know im not firing from my glutes.
A: Knee instability is almost always a 'downstream' problem. If the glutes aren't firing, your knees end up acting as the shock absorbers for your entire body weight, which leads to that pain and 'clicking' you're feeling.
Since you are looking to improve your quality of life, here is your Day 1 Game Plan: Check the 'Supplement Secret Sauce' Guide in The Resource Vault: Look at the section on Turmeric and Omega-3s. These are foundational for managing the inflammation that comes with joint instability.
