Hey everyone! I really underestimated how busy I'd be with the kids home for the summer. I myself haven't even been able to workout..like a real good workout in about 2 weeks. I'm going crazy. With that being said I turned this platform into a free platform. I want you ladies to still be able to access the videos and use them when you need! I just have not had anytime to create any new workout videos. I do apologize for that! If you are still doing the workout plan. I still suggest doing weights on Tuesday and Wednesday (alternate legs and arm) and Pilates workouts the rest of the week. That is what I like to stick to. I will post in here as much as I can. And if you ladies have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! You all are badass for doing these workouts! I'm hoping once All Star baseball and softball season needs I can get back into my routine! lol
