New Workout coming at ya!
This week is slower for me! Thank goodness! I’m starting to try to implement the same schedule in my own daily routine that I had when school was in session. My nervous system can’t take this chaos summer schedule! lol. I did a workout today…and all I could think about was how you guys would LOVE IT!….so tomorrow. I’m going to record a new video! Super excited for this one! Here’s to getting some groove back? 🤣
Thursday Mat Pilates!

Summer Update
Hey everyone! I really underestimated how busy I'd be with the kids home for the summer. I myself haven't even been able to workout..like a real good workout in about 2 weeks. I'm going crazy. With that being said I turned this platform into a free platform. I want you ladies to still be able to access the videos and use them when you need! I just have not had anytime to create any new workout videos. I do apologize for that! If you are still doing the workout plan. I still suggest doing weights on Tuesday and Wednesday (alternate legs and arm) and Pilates workouts the rest of the week. That is what I like to stick to. I will post in here as much as I can. And if you ladies have any questions please don't hesitate to ask! You all are badass for doing these workouts! I'm hoping once All Star baseball and softball season needs I can get back into my routine! lol
