Our Kids Might Not Alway Listen But They Are Always Watching
Something I realised a while back - kids don’t just listen to what we say, they copy what we see us do.
I used to tell my kids to be confident, patient, and kind… but when I was rushing around, glued to my phone, or stressing over small things, that’s what they were learning instead.
Now I focus less on the “lessons” I talk about, and more on how I live them.
If I want them to:
👉 Be kind - I show it.
👉 Be healthy - I move and eat well.
👉 Be calm - I slow down, even when life’s hectic.
The shift was massive - less pressure, more presence.
What’s one thing you’ve changed in yourself that’s had a positive ripple effect on your kids? 👇
