For the next 7 days, pay attention to hydration (how much water you drink). Again, the goal is not to optimize it, but just to notice what helps and what hurts. We’re not trying to fix anything, just observing patterns.
You're encourage to comment (and/or ask questions) throughout and by the end of the week. Also, consider thinking about "what helped?", "what got in the way?", "what small and easy things may help you be more mindful about it this week"?
