📅 This Week’s Focus: Water 💧
Were onto cycle 2 of Water consumption! For the next 7 days, pay attention to hydration (how much water you drink). Again, the goal is not to optimize it, but just to notice what helps and what hurts. We’re not trying to fix anything, just observing patterns. You're encourage to comment (and/or ask questions) throughout and by the end of the week. Also, consider thinking about "what helped?", "what got in the way?", "what small and easy things may help you be more mindful about it this week"? That’s all, and looking forward to seeing what is shared (if anything, no pressure)!

📝✍ - Sleep - Weekly Reflection 😴
And that's a wrap for this week! The last 7-days was about noticing how sleep ACTUALLY happens, not how it’s supposed to. Patterns most people notice are (1) they start their wind-down later than intended, and (2) even small disruptions cascade into the next day. But again this skool community is a safe space for building awareness and sharing experiences, thoughts, and insights with others on their version of a similar wellness path. In that spirit, no changes yet. Just continue to notice what repeats when it come to your sleep routine. Feel free to respond with questions/comments. You're encouraged to share!
