And that's a wrap for this week! The last 7-days was about noticing how sleep ACTUALLY happens, not how itβs supposed to. Patterns most people notice are (1) they start their wind-down later than intended, and (2) even small disruptions cascade into the next day.
But again this skool community is a safe space for building awareness and sharing experiences, thoughts, and insights with others on their version of a similar wellness path.
In that spirit, no changes yet. Just continue to notice what repeats when it come to your sleep routine.
