A lot of people donāt realize how much can actually be handled remotely when it comes to tech issues.
Things like:
ā¢ Slow computers
ā¢ Software issues
ā¢ Network troubleshooting
ā¢ System setup and optimization
Most of that doesnāt require you to physically bring anything in anymore.
Iāve helped people get back up and running the same day just by connecting remotely and fixing the issue on the spot.
It saves time, avoids downtime, and honestly just makes things easier especially if youāre working from home or running a business.
š Iām based in the Virgin Islands, but I work with people remotely as well.
