It’s things like: • conversations vs constant selling • member participation • consistency • leadership energy • people actually interacting instead of just posting links and disappearing Communities usually feel more “alive” when people: 💬 talk to each other 🤝 support each other 🧠 share ideas 👀 engage naturally 🌴 build real connections over time Sometimes culture matters more than numbers
