Use this template to help ask your questions. Just copy, paste and fill out the questions.
Once you have filled it out, if you are comfortable posting publicly, that is encouraged because other members can learn from the answer too.
If you would rather keep the question between you and me, send it through DM instead.
1. What position are you struggling with?
Example: bottom side control, closed guard, mount escape, back control, guard passing, etc.
2. Are you on top or bottom?
3. What keeps happening?
Explain the problem as clearly as you can.
4. What have you tried so far?
5. What happens after you try that?
Do they pass, sweep, submit, hold you down, escape, take your back, etc.?
6. Do you have a video?
Optional, but very helpful.
7. What kind of help do you want?
Technique advice, concept explanation, drilling ideas, or feedback on what you are doing wrong.
